She is the Founder and Director of multiple successful ventures including Cyber Solution, Envision Volunteering, Open Mode Solution Pvt. Ltd., and Ension Education & Placement Services.
Currently serving as a Computer Faculty cum Software Engineer in the IT wing of a Police Department, she specializes in web application development, system analysis, technical training, and troubleshooting. With strong leadership abilities, she has spearheaded multiple educational and software initiatives across India.
She is a two-time recipient of the Best Woman Entrepreneur Award in 2014 and 2023, recognized for her consistent innovation, impact, and leadership in empowering individuals and transforming ideas into successful ventures.

Partha Pratim Sarkar brings over 20 years of cross-functional expertise in software engineering, UI/UX development, hardware & networking, corporate training, and human resource management. He has successfully worked in both domestic and international environments, contributing significantly in various capacities.
Currently serving as a Software Engineer at IDDS, Kolkata International Airport, he ensures seamless IT operations, software system development, and technical support. Partha has also worked extensively as a Technical Trainer and UI Developer in the USA and India, delivering high-impact results in training and application development.
He is also a Director at Envision Volunteering and actively involved in managing educational and global volunteer programs alongside Seema Sarkar.
